experience and Training
I am a person-centred psychotherapist and yoga therapist based in West London. I have a great interest in the fields of psychology, psychotherapy and yoga.
My broad range of qualifications, skills and experience culminate in a holistic approach to support people on their path towards greater physical or mental and emotional wellbeing.
I am registered and accredited by the UK Council of Psychotherapy and abide by their ethical codes of professional conduct. I am also a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. I undertook a 5-year MSc Programme in Person-Centred Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute.
I currently work as an assessor and counsellor for a West London charity counselling service that works in partnership with NHS IAPT Services and in private practice.
I graduated as a yoga therapist from Yogacampus’ Yoga Therapy Diploma in 2009 (then in conjunction with the Yoga Biomedical Trust). I am accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
As a yoga therapist, I have seen clients with a wide-range of health issues over the past 12 years. My focus now is on supporting clients living with long-term health conditions or undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. I also work with women who are trying to conceive and may have co-existing health issues or who experience debilitating menstrual, peri-menopausal or menopausal symptoms.
